To proceed with the form, please follow these directions. The form must be filled out completely.
- Enter your name, street address, mailing address, and phone numbers (day, night).
- Enter a User ID. It must be a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 14 characters.
Mix and match uppercase leters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), and numbers (0-9).
- Pick a domain name from the list. The choices are: CanyonCountry.net, PageAmerica.net,
TheBigPond.com, OurRanch.com, or Route89.com.
Your email will be User-ID@Domain-name.
- Enter a Password. It must be a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 characters.
You must pick at least one character from each of the following three groups:
- Group 1. Upper or lowercase letters (A to Z, a to z).
- Group 2. Numbers (0 to 9).
- Group 3. Special: ! # $ % & + ?
- Select your choice of Service Plan.

Anti-Spam Policy
It is contrary to CCC policy for any user of any of our services to effect or participate in any of the following activities through a CCC provided service: To send unsolicited commercial emailings to email users; To post a single article or advertisement to more than five (5) Usenet or other newsgroups, forums, email mailing lists or other similar groups or lists; To post to any Usenet or other newsgroup, forum, email mailing list or other similar group or list articles which are off-topic according to the charter or other owner-published FAQ or description of the group or list.
Abuse and Theft of Service Policy
It is contrary to CCC policy for any user of any of our services to reveal their CCC login or authentication password, to concurrently use 2 or more dial-up accounts to the CCC network, to access or attempt to access and/or download information from non-public areas of the CCC servers.
Privacy Policy
All information provided by a Client to CCC is strictly confidential. CCC reserves the right to distribute aggregated demographic information provided by Clients, but will never release the name or other personal information about a Client without the permission of the Client.
Payment
Payment for all services provided by CCC is due on the 1st and late after the 10th of each month. Overdue payment may result in suspension or termination of service. Restoration of service following suspension or termination may be subject to a reinstatement fee.
Disclaimers
CCC is not responsible for the content of any client web page, and the views expressed are the responsibility of the Client and not CCC.
Modifications
CCC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of changes via email and all changes become effective at the time notice is sent. See our complete and current terms of service at our web site; www.CanyonCountry.net
Limitations of Liability, Warranty and Indemnity
CCC exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information passing through it and makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. CCC also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. CCC will not be responsible for any damage you suffer. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence or your errors or omissions. Use of any information obtained via CCC is at your own risk. CCC specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services. CCC may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any United States or state regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, material which is libelous or defamatory, or material protected by trade secret. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCC from any claims resulting from your use of the service which damages you or another party. Any access to other networks through CCC must comply with the rules appropriate for that other network. Use of CCC may be for any lawful purpose. Use of any information obtained via CCC is at your own risk. CCC specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services. Use of CCC constitutes acceptance of these Terns of Service
Termination of Service
CCC may terminate any and all information, access, communications, postings, or web pages at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or other policies or guidelines set out by CCC elsewhere on the CCC web site if CCC believes them harmful to other Clients, the business of CCC, or other third-party information providers.
Choice of Law
This Agreement shall be constructed and controlled by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising hereunder will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. The Client agrees to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts of the State of Arizona.
Merger Clause
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between CCC and its Clients with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any other agreement, proposals and communications, written or oral, between CCC representatives and Client. CCC may amend this Agreement at any time with notice from CCC to Client as published on the CCC web site.
