Initial Installation

Here are some easy to follow steps for you in order to set up your Outlook Express properly for Canyon Country Communications.

Move the mouse down to and left-click Accounts.
If you have not yet set up an e-mail account for CCC (Canyon Country Communications), left-click on Add and choose Mail.
A little window "Internet Connection Wizard" will pop-up and ask you for a Display name. Put in a name easy for you to be identified with. Let's take your name. Then left-click on Next.
Now you have to put in your e-mail address as it was decided on with Canyon Country Communications. For this little tutorial I use

In the first line it should say: My incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
If it doesn't say POP3, you will not be able to send or receive any e-mails.
Where it says "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:" enter:
mail.canyoncountry.net
Where it says "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server" enter:
smtp.canyoncountry.net
Left-click on Next to get to the next screen.
This screen is the Internet Mail Logon.
It will require your account name.
Put in your account name as
